Graducia Pvt. Ltd. is a career counseling and admission support platform. We are not a university, do not issue academic degrees, and are not a financial institution offering loans.

Graducia’s role is to assist students in choosing suitable academic programs and to facilitate access to first job placement opportunities for those who successfully complete counseling and enrollment through our platform.
Please note that all job opportunities are conditional and not guaranteed, and are dependent on student eligibility, performance, and completion of associated programs.

1. Zero Refund Policy

Once a student confirms admission through Graducia’s counseling and enrollment services, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

By proceeding with counseling and completing the admission process, students acknowledge and accept that all Graducia services are strictly non-refundable.

2. Scope of Non-Refundability

Graducia does not refund university course fees, tuition charges, or any loan-related disbursements, as these are handled by third-party institutions under their respective policies.

Students are strongly encouraged to review all academic, financial, and legal terms before confirming enrollment.

4. Legal Jurisdiction

All refund-related disputes or grievances will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Aurangabad, Bihar.
